About the Office
The Weston Town Clerk is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Clerk’s Office is the custodian of the official records and documents of the Town, issues dog licenses, marriage licenses, business certificates, and conducts the Town Census. The Town Clerk’s Office also registers all voters and conducts elections in strict conformance with state law.
  1. Annual Town Census

    The annual Town Census is mailed to all Weston residents at the beginning of the year.

  2. Board of Registrars of Voters

    As required by Massachusetts General Law, a Board of Registrars of Voters consisting of the Town Clerk and 3 other persons are appointed by the selectmen for the term of 3 years.

  3. Elected State & Federal Representatives

    Information on obtaining marriage or dog licenses and business certificates or copies of certificates.

  5. Public Records Request

    The Massachusetts Public Records Law provides that every person has a right of access to public information.This right of access includes the right to inspect, copy or have copies of records provided.
