Transcript requests
Current Students : Students in grades 9-11, who are either applying for private schools or summer schools and who need their guidance counselor to either send a transcript or letter recommendation must provide their guidance counselor with official notice at least three weeks prior to any application deadline. Please print the transcript request form and submit it to your counselor with any other forms that the particular school requires.
Seniors who are applying to college should see their counselor and follow the guidelines in the Guidance Sem. syllabus.
Alumni: Alumni should complete the records release form and submit it to the guidance office.
