Welcome to Weston High School!
At this page, you can find all the registration materials that are needed in order to register your son/daughter into the Weston Public Schools. Please email Richard Escobar, High School Director of Guidance if you have any questions about this process. Please begin by following the steps below. You can download the other forms and submit them, but please call Richard Escobar at (781) 529-8030 x 7536 to inquire of the process and inform him of your intent to complete the forms and register your son/daughter for school.
Parent(s)/Guardian(s), please follow these steps:
(1) Begin the process by completing the "Request for Registration Information." Complete and submit that form to Richard Escobar to inform him of your desire to begin the registration process.
(2) Download the Parent's New Student Letter. This letter also contains the registration checklist.
(3) Download the New Student Letter to give to the prospective student. This letter contains welcoming information for the student.
(4) Download and complete the Residency Certification Statement. If you have any questions about this form, or if residency is yet to be confirmed, please contact Richard Escobar about the appropriate steps that need to take place, and when, to continue with the registration process.
(5) Download and complete the Registration Form. This form is under construction. Continue with the process and that form will be provided to you.
(6) Download and complete the form titled Authorization for Use or Disclosure of Health Information To/From School Districts.
(7) Download and complete the Student Needs Assessment Form.
(8) For your interest, please view our List of Student Activitieson our High School site at westonschools.org. It is a complete list of the official activities in which students are involved during the current school year. One special aspect of the high school is that if a club/organization is not formalized, but there are students with a desire to be involved in such an activity, they can work with our Activities Coordinator, Danielle Cooper, to make it an official activity. Please email Danielle with any questions regarding this process.
