This course will cover the same time period as Grade 9 World History, but it will demand a significantly larger commitment on the part of students tohistorical reading and writing. The course will make frequent use of literaryand philosophical primary sources, and students who wish to take thiscourse should expect to be asked to do a good deal of analytical writing.
