- Attendance
- Expectation: To do your best
- Design is a process done in teams. Two heads usually are better than
one. Write on an index card your name (underlined)
and up to two other people you would like to work with.
- In most classes, there will be a 10 minute introduction,
followed by work.
- Technology is a hybrid of both art and science. Information learned
in this course will be tested on the Grade
8 Science and Technology/Engineering MCAS. To assist you with this,
there will be a limited number of mini-lectures with note-taking on
MCAS-related material.
- Those who interfere with the learning of others will not be allowed
to work, and will receive a "0" for the period. Arranging
make-up time( at lunch, during a study hall, or after school, within
3 school days, will be your responsibility.
- Cleanup: At the end of the period, all projects must
be put away, computers logged out, and all pieces must be off the floor.
Students will be dismissed when their area is clean, and they are seated
and quiet.
