Case Campus Master Plan
The Case Campus Master Plan (CCMP) addresses needs resulting from the transformation of the campus from exclusively school-related uses to a place that now also serves as one of the town’s most popular social, recreational, and cultural destinations.

Proctor Track & Field Renovation
The main Hign School field and track were renovated in 2017, including lighting, concessions facility, a sports wall, ADA access, as well as the resurfacing of Field 1.

Route 30 / Wellesley Street Intersection
This project will provide all users with improved intersection geometry, updated traffic signals, and increased pedestrian safety including ADA accessibility. It was substantially completed in 2017.

Solar Photovoltaic Panels
Since the project was completed and online on the old landfill, it has generated over $300,000 in solar credits, which offset municipal electricity costs. A second installation was added to the roof of the DPW building and is anticipated to generate an additional $21,000 in solar credits.
