    This class focuses on exercises and movements that tone muscles and improve the ability to perform everyday activities. The main emphasis is on core strengthening to improve balance, posture, coordination, stability, range of motion and flexibility. There is a combination of chair and standing exercises helps focus on different muscle groups, minimizing the possibility of repetitive movement injuries. Functional Fitness is open to all levels of fitness and includes use of dynabands, light hand/leg weights & pilate rings, all of which are supplied.

    This “slow flow” class is appropriate for anyone who can comfortably get up and down of a yoga mat. No previous yoga experience is required and everyone is encouraged to move at his or her own pace. Yoga poses can increase strength, improve mobility and enhance balance. Through poses or “asana,” yoga offers the opportunity to connect to the breath and cultivate inner focus and calm. Mats and props are available.

    A high energy class where you will learn dance moves to Latin and world music songs, while the instructor leads and breaks the moves down into smaller steps.
