The Chinese tradition of dim sum dates back to the days of the Silk Road. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn to make classic dishes from the dim sum menu. Beginning with Chinese barbeque pork puffs, their tender crusts and mouth-watering filling will make you swoon. Next, we’ll make scallion flower rolls. These fluffy buns are works of art and fun to make. At the end of class, we will get to enjoy our creations together. Call the COA at 781-786-6280 to register by 12/9. Cost: $20 Payment required upon registration. Cancellation deadline 12/9 by 4:00 pm. Refunds cannot be issued after this date.
