This class is for people who are newer to Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a slow form Martial Art that is beneficial to your health: improve balance, joint flexibility, muscle tone, breathing and blood pressure while easing tension and stress. Jon teaches a variation of the Yang style – typically called “Cheng Man-Ch’ing” style.
