New Fitness Class - Pilates

New COA Fitness Class! Pilates is the original core workout! It consists of low-impact flexibility and strength movements done on an exercise mat on the floor and standing. Plus, Pilates helps you develop postural alignment, core (abdominal and torso) strength and balance. This class focuses on Pilates fundamentals and is appropriate for beginners as well as those with some experience. Modifications are available for each exercise, so you can participate fully and safely. $5 per class.
