It is important to recognize the benefits of mindfulness and body postures. This class will teach essential breathing techniques and good postures in different body positions.
This program is a part of our 8-week Aging in Place series, presented by Regis College Occupational Therapy Masters students. You are welcome to participate in one or all programs in the series.
