The Town Manager and the School Superintendent have presented their recommended FY20 budgets. On January 22nd, the School Committee received the Superintendent's proposed school budget and the Town Manager presented his proposed operating budget to the Finance Committee on January 24th and the Selectmen on February 12th.

During Budget Season, the Finance Committee typically meets weekly on Thursdays to review the different pieces of the town and school budgets. All of these meetings are open to the public and are posted on the Town's online meeting calendar. Residents interested in the deeper details of the Town’s operating budget are encouraged to attend the Finance Committee discussions and review.
The FY20 Operating Budget will be finalized through these meetings and will be presented in a public hearing on April 29th at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium before it is brought to Annual Town Meeting on May 6th for final approval by the voters of Weston.
