April Reflections
The Council on Aging kept busy in April offering the opportunity to participate in
Vaccine clinics
12 weekly fitness classes
3 support groups
Crafting
10+ virtual presentations and programs, including Birds of Prey Rehabilitation, Hearing Loss, Afro-Caribbean Dancing and Drumming, American Art, and a mosaic workshop... and so much more!
Last month we handed out over 60 succulents to community members as a spring gifts.
Many of our residents 65+ have been partially or fully vaccinated and we continue to provide support to those still seeking appointments.
We hope you will join us this spring for our virtual presentations and spreading the word of all that we offer. By the way... everyone is welcome! if you're not 55+ yet but interested in joining a program, please don't hesitate to reach out!
