Community Pass being released for program registration
The Weston Recreation Department is about to release a new software - Community Pass - for all of our program and membership registrations moving forward.
Before our next registration period, all users will need to have an active account (formerly "household".) Most existing accounts were able to be transferred over and you will need to follow a simple process to activate them before the next registration period.
Here is a summary of what to expect.
If you created a household in the current software prior to July 1, 2022, it was likely transferred to Community Pass. An email with instructions on activating your account will be sent to the address of the primary account holder later this week. You must activate your account before registering for any future Weston Recreation programs.
New users and those who created households in the current software after July 1, 2022 will need to create a new account. Procedures for this will be released by Friday, October 14. You must create a new account prior to registering for any future Weston Recreation programs.
WHAT ABOUT FALL PROGRAMS?
The current software is still active and will allow you to register for any fall programs that are still accepting registrations.
Registration through Community Pass will kick off with ice skating (Weston Skating Club), opening on November 2. Please watch your email, Weston Recreation's website and our facebook page for more information to follow.
