The Town of Weston, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority acting through its Town Manager, will accept sealed bids until 11:00AM on Tuesday, October 10, 2019 at the Office of the Town Manager, P.O. Box 378, 11 Town House Rd, Weston, MA, 02493, for snow plowing, shoveling, and salting for the driveway and sidewalks of the Brook School Apartments in the Town of Weston.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the place and time designated above.

Documents may be obtained online at starting on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 11:00AM.

Prospective contractors may visit the premises by appointment arranged in advance with the Brook School Manager, Monyette Vickers, by phone at 781-786-5190 or by email at .

All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including M.G.L. c.30B, as amended

The Town of Weston is exempt from sales tax, for which reason responses should not include sales tax in figuring, or in reference to, any bid.

Bids shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids.

The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, as shall be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
