  2. Weston Forest & Trail: Monthly Trail Walk

    November 3, 2019, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Sears Land and Melone House

Explore the beautiful lands and vistas of Sears Land, just south of the rail trail. There's lots of fun history in the woods, and around the Melone Homestead, the headquarters of Weston Forest & Trail Association. Did you know that the house was moved to this location from elsewhere in Weston? Yes, indeed, and you can read about that in the Weston Historical Society's fall 2019 newsletter. Or better yet: ask Cindy Bates, who was the one who did the research, and will be leading the walk! Refreshments available after the walk.
