A week-long call to action: We hope for as many groups of citizens as we can find, to help us pick up litter from roadsides, playgrounds, sports fields and in our beautiful public lands. We will divide and conquer and display our work together at the Spring Fling on April 27th. More details to come, and feel free to message if you or your group would like to be involved.

Work on fitness exercises utilizing a stability ball and chair. Cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance are touched upon in each class. We incorporate hand weights, exercise bands and movement to train each muscle group. This class is geared towards all levels; each participant can focus the intensity of their workout to their own fitness level. Join us for a fun, active and social fitness class.

Using resistance bands and exercises set to upbeat music, you’ll work on muscle toning, core strengthening and lower back support. Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.
