Help Land’s Sake with some farming and gardening tasks! Land's Sake hosts a variety of volunteer days throughout the year. They're a great way to get involved in the rhythm of the farm and learn the techniques and processes we use. While no pre-registration is required, we appreciate advance sign ups to help us plan activities in accordance with group size and ages.

The Library’s Music Committee hopes that you will join us in the Community Room to welcome Roman Rudnytsky. Mr. Rudnytsky, an American concert pianist of Ukrainian background, has been performing around the world for many years. A graduate of The Juilliard School, he played his first recital at the age of seven and is prizewinner of ten international and national piano competitions. Mr. Rudnytsky has just returned from playing recitals on the islands of Saipan and Guam and, most recently, in Chile. In addition, he has played many recitals on about 70 cruises of P&O and Cunard ships as the classical pianist on board. For our recital, he will play Chopin’s Ballade No.3 in A Flat, op. 47; Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor (transcribed for piano by Ferruccio Busoni); Isaac Albeniz’ Jerez (from “Iberia”); Debussy’s Children’s Corner Suite; and Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody No. 12.
