This “slow flow” class is appropriate for anyone who can comfortably get up and down of a yoga mat. No previous yoga experience is required and everyone is encouraged to move at his or her own pace. Yoga poses can increase strength, improve mobility and enhance balance. Through poses or “asana,” yoga offers the opportunity to connect to the breath and cultivate inner focus and calm. Mats and props are available.

A high energy class where you will learn dance moves to Latin and world music songs, while the instructor leads and breaks the moves down into smaller steps. Ability to step forward, backward and to each side is useful in this class, but all levels are welcome. If you like to dance, you’ll love this class! Participants will improve their capacity in cardio, endurance and coordination by learning and repeating dance moves to the beat of the rhythm.

This class, for beginner to intermediate levels, is designed to improve balance, strength, cardiovascular and cognitive memory. Exercise routines are accompanied by lively music which makes for a fun, feel-good environment. Exercises will be modified to accommodate any physical limitations.

Thi is a low-impact workout that's gentle on your joints and good for your mind, body and soul. Each dance uses foot patterns only and beginner steps are learned in minutes. Shoes with flat, smooth bottoms are best.
