The COA offers a 30-minute period of meditation every Wednesday morning where you can join others in quiet seated personal meditation to quiet your mind of stressful thoughts. New to meditation? Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.
