  1. Intermediate Bridge Lessons - Play of the Hand

    Fridays, January 17-March 13, 10:00-12:00 This class is designed for those who have acquired the basic knowledge of the game and are ready to learn about the various techniques associated with the "Play of Hands." Each session will include instruction, followed by supervised bidding and play of some very interesting prearranged hands. General emphasis in this class will be on improving your "Thinking at the Table." Comprehensive and easy to understand handouts will be distributed. Cost: $160 for 8 classes. Limit 20. Contact the COA to sign up. (No class 2/14)

  3. Fitness Fridays

    January 17, 2020, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

    Work on fitness exercises utilizing a stability ball and chair. Cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance are touched upon in each class. We incorporate hand weights, exercise bands and movement to train each muscle group. This class is geared towards all levels; each participant can focus the intensity of their workout to their own fitness level. Join us for a fun, active and social fitness class.

  4. Muscle Building & Balance

    January 17, 2020, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

    Using resistance bands and exercises set to upbeat music, you’ll focus on areas like muscle toning, core strengthening and lower back support. Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.
