    January 28, 2020, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

The practice helps improve balance, joint flexibility, and muscle tone, as well as promotes relaxation, healing, and well-being. As we practice and refine the form (the choreographed routine) we also explore deeper concepts and philosophies of T'ai Chi.
