    Join us to discuss tips to stay healthy throughout life. We will cover exercises you can do at home, healthy recipe ideas, and the importance of mental wellbeing. This program is a part of our 8-week Aging in Place series, presented by Regis College Occupational Therapy Masters students. You are welcome to participate in one or all programs in the series.

  2. Fitness Fridays

    October 2, 2020, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

    Work on fitness exercises utilizing a stability ball and chair. Cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance are touched upon in each class. We incorporate hand weights, exercise bands and movement to train each muscle group. This class is geared towards all levels; each participant can focus the intensity of their workout to their own fitness level. Join us for a fun, active and social fitness class.

  3. Muscle Building & Balance

    Using resistance bands and exercises set to upbeat music, you’ll focus on areas like muscle toning, core strengthening and lower back support. Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.
