  1. Yoga

    This “slow flow” class is appropriate for anyone who can comfortably get up and down off a yoga mat. No previous yoga experience is required and everyone is encouraged to move at his or her own pace. Yoga poses can increase strength, improve mobility and enhance balance. Through poses or “asana,” yoga offers the opportunity to connect to the breath and cultivate inner focus and calm. Mats and props are available.

  3. Cooking Class: Dominican Cuisine

    Join us to learn how to make a Dominican dish. On the menu is garlic shrimp with fried plantains and a flan for dessert. You can cook along or just watch so you can cook on your own later. Cooking class led by Regis College Masters of Occupational Therapy students.
