The COA offers a 30-minute period of meditation every Wednesday morning where you can join others in quiet seated personal meditation to quiet your mind of stressful thoughts. New to meditation? Using resistance bands and exercises set to upbeat music, you’ll focus on areas like muscle toning, core strengthening and lower back support. Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.

Sign language is a great way to learn for all ages. It helps babies communicate, and it enhances early literacy skills for verbal children as well! In this program, your child will learn sign language through songs, stories, games, play and more.
