Ankle strengthening will improve balance and stretching helps your posture. Learn how you can prevent falls; in the event of one you’ll learn techniques for managing trips and landings.

Sign language is a great way to learn for all ages. It helps babies communicate, and it enhances early literacy skills for verbal children as well! In this program, your child will learn sign language through songs, stories, games, play and more.
