Regis College is hosting this community blood drive during COVID-19 pandemic. Donating blood products is essential to community health and the need for blood products is constant. Healthy individuals are eligible and strongly urged to donate blood. The Red Cross is taking special precautions, including taking staff and donors’ temperature, asking more extensive screening questions, maintaining physical distance, and sanitizing between donations. The COA offers a 30-minute period of meditation every Wednesday morning where you can join others in quiet seated personal meditation to quiet your mind of stressful thoughts. New to meditation?
