Moderated by LGDG facilitator Susan Wagner, this meeting will be devoted to rapidly evolving issues in the strategically vital Arctic region, including the profound changes in navigability, fishing and oil-drilling caused by global warming. With all of these changing opportunities for cooperation and competition among the Arctic as well as growing interest from non-Arctic states, we can expect a lively and stimulating discussion.
